Not saving amended Member details

Since the update this morning I have not been able save any amended members’ details. Members are also reporting they are inputting profile details and changing their passwords but none of this is being saved.

Hi, I have updated to the latest version and tested the members profile. I was able to make changes to the password and save the settings without any issue.

You might have a plugin conflict. Can you carry out the following test.

Make sure you also clear your cache if you have any cache plugin.

I have not changed any of the plugins since it was working last. I have cleared all my caches but still if I go to amend me member newtesting and change the password and press Edit User it does not save the changed password and will not let me log in using the new password.

I have just tried going in as the user new testing and tried to update my profile and change the password but the system is not remembering the addition of any details nor the password change. I have not added any other plugins since this failed to work. It seems to be something that has happened within the last 2 days since your update.

Hi, just for testing purposes can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen or Sixteen.

I have changed the theme to Twenty Sixteen and the exact same thing is happening.

Hi, how much memory is allocated to your website? You might have a PHP session issue! Your best bet is to get in contact with your host and share with them this issue. Also you might want to check your server log files.

nada amigo simplemente despues de hacer la ultima actualizacion ya no guarda los cambios,
