I encounter some problems with the registration form:
– When I fill in the registration form and leave out the second password field it lets me submit the form but it shows no error and nothing happens.
– When I fill in the registration form with an emailadres which is already in use as a WordPress users, it validates but after submitting there is no error but nothing is happening
– When I fill in the registration form with an emailadres which is already in use the validator says it’s already used but I can still submit the form and get no error feedback.
How can I change this, I want visitors to get information when registering failed and why. Is that possible?
I’m using the most recent version and the Twenty Twenty-One theme
Kind regards,
Wen
Hi, please carry out the following troubleshooting steps.
Let me know how you go.
Thank you.
Thanks for your response, I could have tried this myself before… sorry!
It seems to be an issue with the SiteOrigin Pagebuilder, the pagebuilder removes the swpm_message div which should be shown on the page before the form. I’ll look for a workaround!
Kind regards,
Wen
