    I have our settings set to email me when a new member signs up to our website. I can see that members are signing up but they are not showing up in the members tab area. Also I tried manually adding a member with the same username/email from one of the email notifications I received and it said the username/email were available even though they shouldn’t be. Any help would be great. I have tested this internally and it works, but I am concerned about the 12 records(members) I can’t see that I got an email notification about. Any help would be great thanks – the website it http://e2bcal.com/

    I will try the troubleshooting steps but when I test the plugin internally it works fine. It is not bringing in anyone from outside my team. So I think by doing your troubleshooting steps I will still get he same results. Can you go to the URL above and create a member?
