Limiting the number of active connections

Hello! Please i wish to know how i can limit the number of simultaneous connections by a member ?

The general objective is to limit the number of people that can connect simultaneously with the same account such that if the limit is two and a third attempt is made, let a message be displayed saying there are already two accounts connected of which the user will have the choice to still connect thereby disconnecting the two other conections instantaneously.

On a speacific level, can we limit the number of simultaneous connections per account? such that each account can have different connection limits.
