Hi 🙂
I’m having 2 issues with user registration / reset password where I am unsure how to address the problems.
1st problem is that users on my website can’t create a new account using the plug-in. The problem happens after your want to submit all your information to create an account (name, username, password, e-mail etc). After you click submit, I get this error code:
“Error! Security check failed for membership level identifier validation.
The submitted membership level data does not match.
If you are using caching please empty the cache data and try again.
If you are using the Form Builder addon, please update the addon and try again.”
2nd problem is when you want to reset your password, you get redirected to a site with the error code:
“Your Captcha is Empty. Please try again”
I know this is related to the ReCaptcha on the site, however does anyone know what could be wrong? I’ve updated to the latest Recaptcha Enterprice by Google, and the Recaptcha Key is linked to the site which should be correct.
Please, tips/help would be very much appreciated! Many thanks in advance!!
Best regards
Andreas
Hi, are you running a cache plugin in your site? Is your server running any cache system? Are you using the Form Builder addon?
If you are not running any cache plugins in your site or cache system in your server, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
Thank you.
