WordPress Membership Plugin
Simple Membership Plugin › Forums › Simple Membership Plugin › is there an ability to make modifications
To give some context. We have a public area of our website and a members area of our website. The plugin works quite well in providing the security to the member area. However I would like to modify where the plugin takes a person once they have logged in. Currently it takes them to the “front” or “home” page. This as I would expect for a default. However the “home” page is in the public area of the site. People can then go back to the protected area in the membership area without logging in again but I would like to take them to a page within the membership area. Is there a way I could handle that through a child-theme or some other way?
The other thing I would like to be able to do is bulk load members from a spreadsheet. Is there a way I could do that?
Hi, have you tried the following plugin After Login Redirect?
Thank you.
It didn’t even occur to me that there be a plugin to handle that. I will look at it and try it. The description makes it sound like it does the right thing.
I’ll look for a bulk load too.
Hi, sorry I forgot to share the other URL Bulk Import Member Data from a CSV File instructions.
