Import/Export Issue

I have redesigned a website that used the plugin, we are trying to export users from the old site to the new one, when I import, I get this error “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘message’)”

And the console shows:
/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=swpm_migration_data_import&nonce=0cf4c59b24:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
