Error when processing paypal payment

I have configured the plugin correctly, I have done the documentation steps, but when trying to pay when logging in to paypal it says the following:We are sorry, but we were unable to complete the payment or set up payments with prior approval at this time. Return to the merchant’s website and select another form of payment. I thank who can help me with it.

@innovateg — Please log into your PayPal account and navigate to:
Account Settings –> Payment Preferences –> Block Payments –> Update
Then check to see if there are any misconfigured options that are preventing you from receiving any payments.
