Yes i have read that, but not able to find how can i fetch all levels in Join US page.

Hi,

Are you talking about displaying different membership levels for both free and premium signups? If you are, you can add a comment in the Join Us pages describing the different membership levels available in the site. Then you can add each payment button shortcode as per the instructions I shared above.
