ParticipantHi – thanks so much for your response – yes I have read through that documentation about 17 times step by step and clearly I am missing something. I have downloaded the template and am using that – just keep getting that error about the user_name column not being there when it is clearly in front of me on the csv.
Any tips are much appreciated.
Many thanks,

ModeratorHi, I carried out a test in my dev site following the instructions above and I was able to import the sample users found in the CSV file. So I can confirm that it is working for me.
Try the following. Download the CSV file again but don’t make any changes. Simply import the users found in the sample file. Let me know what happens.
Thank you

ParticipantHi – that worked! So I am definitely saving it wrong I think.
I import the csv into a spreadsheet in excel so that i can see the columns. Enter all my stuff and then re-save as a CSV.
That must be where I am getting wrong? Not too clued up on excel!I am working on a Mac too – but not saving as a mac excel file – as a windows one. – Although I actually did try both.
Thanks so much for your time!
