I would like to allow another member of our organization to author and send emails from the Send Direct Emails tab of the Members page. I do not want this person to have any other permissions – admin, editor, or author. How can this be done?

Unfortunately, the permission settings do not have that kind of granularity.

That’s close enough to what I need. Thanks
