ParticipantHello!
There doesn’t seem to be any issues with FREE users completing the registration form and activating the account, but I’m not getting quite a few PAID members who are trying to complete the registration form that’s email to them, and when they fill out the info and press enter (or register or whatever that button is called), it seems to just refresh the page.
I’ve found a way around this as they’ll usually contact me and then I will fill out the form for them. THE KEY in doing this is to be sure to CLICK ON EVERY SPACE (even if youre not going to type something or do something there). I don’t know why this works but it does.
I was wondering if anyone else had these issues, again, only with paid members. And it also seemed like this wasn’t an issue in the first month at all, but just recently in the last month.
Thanks for your time and help!

ModeratorHi, which PayPal paid registration button process are you currently setting up?
Thank you

ParticipantI used the “Create PayPal Recurring Payment Button For Membership Payment” and followed the instructions there. It just seems the issue is with the registration form itself and not the button (would be my guess, but im not sure). And its also weird that this wasn’t the case about a month ago, but just recently started occurring more frequently in the past few weeks.
Thanks!

ModeratorHi, can you check the following thread. They seem to have found a solution which might be related to the issue you are experiencing.
Let me know.
Thank you

ParticipantYES! This is exactly the same scenario and I figured out that this way was the remedy to do it. Is there any way the registration form can be filled out without having to “tab” through the items as stated in that thread?
Thanks for shooting me that thread, it’s the exact same issue. Do you know if this can be changed on that registration form in the coding so that someone wouldnt need to tab through?
Thanks again for your effort and time!
