ParticipantI am setting Allow account deletion. Accessing the delete page (‘swpm_delete_account = 1’) from the user’s profile edit page and entering the password does not delete the account. Editing is possible.
The plugin version is 4.0.2.Do you have any idea?
Thanks.January 2, 2021 at 11:21 pm #21842mbrsolution
ModeratorHi, can you provide more information so that I know exactly what is happening in your site. What do you mean by Editing is possible?
Also, can you carry out the following troubleshooting steps.
Thank you

ParticipantThank you for your reply.

I was able to change the user’s first name.
I tried it with “Twenty Nineteen” and the results were the same.

Yes.The member logged in, accessed the profile edit page, and clicked the “Delete Account” link.

ModeratorHi,
I just carried out a test in my dev site and it works for me.
This is what I did:
1- I enabled Allow account Deletion feature and logged out.
2- I then logged in as a member using a different browser and viewed the profile.
3- I clicked on “Delete Account” link.
4- I read the warning message that appears and entered the account password. I clicked on Confirm Account Deletion button and I was logged out.
5- I then logged into my dev site as admin again and checked to see if the members account was deleted and yes it was deleted.I can confirm this is working correctly in my dev site. There must be a conflict somewhere in your site.
Please carry out the following troubleshooting steps.
Let me know how you go.
Thank you
