ParticipantHi
I have added an ACF Field Group to any Posts in a certain Category.
However whilst any Posts of this category say that the Simple Membership Plugin is active for this Category, in fact only the base WP title, description, and FI get hidden if the user is not logged in. There is only one Membership level being used. All the ACF fields are still shown when they shouldn’t be.Any ideas on how to configure so the ACF fields act as the standard fields here?
Thanks

ParticipantHi
I forgot to mention that I am using Elementor Templates but I don’t know whether they add ACF ‘properly’ or below the main Post body (as in your documentation at https://simple-membership-plugin.com/apply-content-protection/Thanks

ParticipantHi mbrsolution
Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately, that post does not really change or help anything, except to tell me that your plugin is only intended for non-page builders and just supporting the standard WordPress editor. As I needed to not show any of the ACF fields which were scattered all over parts of the Elemnetor template the partial protection did not help.
I have ended up having to use the full protection addon – which does actually hide everything.
The only other issue with it though which makes it not as good as that I also wanted to keep the headers and footers so the warning msg showed between them and kept a consistent look for the website.
However, it seems that now the main Elementor code is not loaded as the header and footer appear slightly differently . This is because the Navigation widget in the Header is not loaded so any subitems on the menu no longer appear.
Also as I use the ThemeBuilder for Styles and CSS in Elementor these Global values are not loaded now so I have to add extra Custom CSS and also specifically code the colours other than using the Global colours I have already set up for the rest of the site.So unfortunately what starts out as a good plugin with a high degree of reconfigurability for protection ends up being not really suitable for any site using ACF due to these constraints and limitations…
If the ACF shortfalls could be worked around it could become one of the best protection plugins available.
Thanks

Unfortunately our plugin does not fully support page builder plugins or themes like divi etc.
Kind regards
