Adding Terms and Conditions link and Privacy policy link.

I wanted to add privacy policy link and terms and conditions link to check boxes but it’s not possible.

Also, I ticked that terms and conditions and privacy policy must be checked before registration is completed but none are showing on the registration form.

Please help.
