Add Membership Level does not work

Hi,

I’ve just installed the plugin and following the documentation I’ve gone to Membership Levels > Add Level to create my first membership level. On that page I input Name = TestMemberLevel, Default WordPress Role = Subscriber and Access Duration = No Expiry.

After submitting I get the message ‘Membership Level Creation Successful’, however back on the Membership Levels page it says ‘No membership levels found’.

How do I solve this problem?
