I am facing an issue with the Simple Membership Plugin where I’m unable to successfully edit member details. When I try to edit a member’s information and click the “Save” button, the page reloads, but the changes are not reflected. The member data remains the same after the reload. Has anyone experienced this problem, and could you please suggest any troubleshooting steps or solutions to resolve this?
Are you using any page caching plugins? And if you try using an incognito browser window, are the results the same?
Thank you for your response. I’ve already checked for caching plugins and even disabled them entirely, but the issue persists. - Is this a new or existing site?
- Has long has your site always been running on this particular server?
- Are there any other issues with respect to the creation of users? In other words, are new members able to sign up by themselves without problems? Are YOU able to manually create new members without problems?
- Please check your server logs to see if there are any database errors.
