Is there any way to send email activation to registered use after manually approval a new registered account.

If we click “Email Activation”, it will bypass manual check step.

Thanks

There 2 issue while use tools to “generate a Registration Completion link” :
– no email sent out.
– following the link “https://<domain>/zh-hk/membership-join/membership-registration/?member_id=14&code=” which is given by the system. It didn’t activate the account.

I’ve try to use send direct email. However it hasn’t {activation_link}.

Please go through this checklist, to determine why emails are not being sent:

We can sent email to user at “Send Direct Mail” or “Set status to active and notify”. Hence the issue didn’t cause by email setting.

When you create a new link, you are saying the regenerated link does not work, if YOU try using it?

Yes, I using the regenerated link. It ended with attached message. Please noted that it send a complete registration mail, not activation mail. Any way I didn’t receive any email.

I see the generated link looks incomplete, because the box isn’t big enough to display it. Are you able to successfully copy a complete link out of that box and paste it into a browser? And does it successfully activate the account?

I think you are trying to use a scenario that our plugin doesn’t support. Let me try to clarify:

If you are adding users manually from the admin interface, then there is no email activation required for those accounts. This is because when the site admin adds the users manually, it overrides any email activation settings. This ensures that the users added by the site admin can access their accounts immediately without needing to activate them through an email link:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/manually-adding-members-site/

If you want to use email activation, the users must register themselves, so it goes through the standard steps. When users register on their own, they will receive an email with an activation link that they need to click to activate their account. This ensures that only users who confirm their email addresses can access their accounts. However, if you add users manually from the admin interface, email activation is bypassed, and those accounts are activated immediately:

You can try the following manual approval option which might be close to what you are after (it allows the site admin to manually activate an account after the user submits the registration form):
