Hello,
We are testing the Member Bulk Import Addon to verify to our client that we can and will be able to import their approx. 1000 existing members. So, we downloaded the Sample CSV and made sure to clean it up and verify that all columns and values were correct.
The 1st column in the Sample CSV is clearly the “user_name” field.
But, every import try, shows only this message ( over and over ):
“One of the required columns not fund in CSV: user_name”I have no idea how to get past this.
