    I have set up my members levels and I have went to add new members manually I got ID 1 done
    then tried to add another member I fill out the form with the details and add the members detail but there no where on the form to save data No error messages.

    Yes I fill all the info in on the add member but there is no Save button anywhere on the page

    Hi, can you reinstall the plugin. This might fix your issue. If it doesn’t can you run the following troubleshooting steps.

    Hi, I answered this with a workaround in another post. The “SAVE” button is not displaying in the form but hitting the “ENTER” key on your keyboard will submit the form. The user will be added. I was able to add multiple users manually this way. No “SAVE” button on the page so hit “ENTER” on the keyboard when the fields are filled in.

    Hi, just to confirm with all.

    The adding new member form while logged in as admin does not have a Save button. It has an Add New Member button.

    thanks for all the info I’ve worked it out all working now I just used the import plugin for simple
