ParticipantHello, I use the DIVI template on my website. When trying to edit the entries with visual editor I get a message indicating that I disable any plugin. The problem is the Simple Membership in the entries that I have applied protection. Are there any solutions that solve it?
Thank you.

ModeratorThe problem is the Simple Membership in the entries that I have applied protection.
- Are you able to edit that particular page, using the non-visual editor>
- Is the WP account that is trying to use the visual editor, also logged into SWPM; and is authorized to see that particular membership level?

ParticipantThe operation of SMWP is correct in what I already have on the web.
If I deactivate the plugin yes I can edit the entry.
Divi does not allow block editor currently, only visual constructor.
The message that appears when trying to edit is the following:
Divi Builder time limit
Wow! It seems that the Divi Designer could not be loaded. Taking the following actions could help solve the problem.1. You are using third-party add-ons. Try deactivating the plugins one by one to see if one is causing a conflict.
In the entrances that I deactivate the protection I have no problem.
Thanks

ParticipantHello there, same issues here. Yes to questions 1 and 2.
My wordpress admin existed before installing “simple membership” plugin. I have imported the wordpress account to the plugin account using the proper add-on (WP User Import).
The user is now listed at both WP (role = Administrator) and Simple Membership (status = active) user list.
User is associated with a member group.
the group has edit permissions at a particular webpage “page a”.
“page a” edits using wordpress default editor.
if I edit “page a” using Divi Editor the message “You need to login to view this content. Please Login” appears.
If I disable the protection (Do you want to protect this content? No, Do not protect this content), Divi Editor will your fine.
