ParticipantIt seems to have fixed it. I went to Chrome incognito and accessed the http://lphibankruptcy.com website and click around and no error. Thank you. If you have a second, could you go to the site and click around. No big deal though. Thanks again.

ParticipantI had to update my X Theme and they suggested that I clear all cache http://theme.co/changelog/
So I went ahead and flushed the cash.yourbizzwizz
ParticipantI am not sure but I do remember that in GoDaddy Managed WordPress there is a “Flush Cache” button. What would the benefit be of installing a cache plugin?

ParticipantThank you. FYI, it might just be me but I have 50/50 chance that when I search by email that I will find the record. Otherwise I have to use a portion of the email address prior to the @ sign to locate that record. Has anyone else reported that not always can a record be searched for with the entire email?

ParticipantHi, how did you carry out the test? I am in the “Members” page and when I search for “Inactive” nothing comes up even though I know there are a dozen or so inactive. How are you search or filtering for the different Account States other than sorting and that is unworkable when dealing with 4 states and 1500+ members.
Thank you.

ParticipantNur, I keep trying to use the email address to find a member and I do NOT get results when I use the entire email address and the email address is NOT used as the Username.
I am just confirming my above post where I state the same issue.

ParticipantNur, yes I can register using email as username and was able to search with email address but get search results only if the email is being used a Username. I do not get search results using email address if it is only being used as the email address.
Any plans to allow bulk updates besides “Delete”. Also, please suggest a way to export or access the list of emails of registered users so I can cross reference with an excel database of paying clients. Is it possible to export the registrant database so I can merge with excel list to see who is/is not paying customer.
Last question… do you plan to include a feature that allows creating custome fields or is there a plugin you know of that would allow that functionality.

ParticipantMy experience is that you have to keep registering process to absolute simplisity. Any instructions of what they can or can not use will be a disaster in terms of support – the types of questions I get a amazingly stupid.
I don’t understand why the Username needs to be a second unique field in the database if you already have the email as unique?!
I can’t tell you how many registrants have contacted me confused why they were rejected and when I ask them what went wrong their explanation shows that asking for a unique username and poping up an error message if someone else has already used it is confounding for some people. I actually have never seen a registration require the username to be unique.
REQUEST: I could really use a BATCH update feature that allows me to change the Status/Type for many members at once. I initially had set the registration so that it DOES NOT automatically approve and then 600 members in I realized that they had not been approved and had to do it manually. Ugh!

ParticipantAlso, I have noticed that email addresses can not be searched for. I have yet to get any results when I type into the search the entire email address. No search results.
