I am seeing this forum and not sure if there was ever an answer about the add.php page not showing the customizations to the CSS and HTML/PHP when it was uploaded to a child theme folder. I have downloaded it and attempted to add it to my child folder just like the login.php. But the site isn’t displaying that version of the add.php over the standard one that comes with the plugin. How do I get it to pick the custom one and not the base one?

Also, I see there is an add-v2.php that is designed differently. What is the short code to display that version instead of the other? Same for edit-v2.php.
