Thanks for the help – I’ll pull down a new copy later.

I am getting pressure from my client to resolve this as quickly as possible so a reply would be appreciated. The script may be confusing one year with one day as membership seems to expire after one day.

Member Since + Subscription Starts: 2014-11-13

    Account Status: Active

There are two membership levels and this occurs with both. Both are set to expire in 1 Year(s). For instance, a member’s details will list as Active but Expired on the member list.

Let me have a replyable mail and I will forward the login.

Thanks – will do, and appreciate all the help. I got around the problem by copying the shortcode in the instructions for the addon.

    This is the problem:

Step 1) After you install this addon, go to the “Form Shortcode” menu from the admin dashboard. Select a membership level from the dropdown list to generate the registration form shortcode for that level.

‘Form Shortcode’ returns a 404 error for …/wp-admin/swpm-form-shortcode

All files are present in the correct folder.

    Regards,

    Martin

The Registration form only allows Free membership. There are three levels: Free, Associate, Full. For the moment, all are free but users need to register.

Yes. All the files are in the right folder. It’s ‘Form Shortcode’.

Send me a private message link and I will send the login.
