Hi, I’m not sure exactly what you mean by removing restriction on that page or post?

When the membership plugin is enabled it prevents the front-end editor (called the Customizer) from loading even on pages where the membership plugin isn’t shown.

Absolutely, what would you like to know. The details of it are shown here http://www.layerswp.com/features/ and it’s just the default theme editor that comes with that framework.
