Any news I desperately need address in admin email notification and custom field added for DOB

also I used this (below) in a user to notify user “account updated” and it worked, so why does it not work in admin notification email?
Street: {address_street}
City: {address_city}
State: {address_state}
Postcode: {address_zipcode}

Hi I have the same issue I need to show address and DOB in notification email any news when this might be available to add in the shortcodes email as client impatient, would also like to ask if we can add any of the custom fields that have been added to the form builder
