If I purchase the form builder for 1 site and device I need more for other sites , can I upgrade to 5 site license by paying the additional $ 20 or do I need to purchase a 5 site license up front now even though I only need one now.

Can a form type only be assigned to one use level.
If I create a general registration form, can I create a seperate radio application form which can be used by different user levels ?

I think I will buy this although I am still not 100% sure if it is going to do the job.

Can I have a radio application form and assign this to multiple membership types.
So any of the members can access and use the form? Sorry for all the question but I need to have a clear understanding.

If this does not do the job what options do I have once I have paid for it?

Hi there,

Ok I want to have a user registration page.
This is for the local neighbourhood watch. A user would register and supply basic info, address info, tel no, family members email and phone.

Condition:
If they already own a two way radio, they can enter the details here so we can capture this information.
ID No, Make, model, serial no.

Once registered and membership approved they need to be able to edit their profile and update their data when necessary.

If they did not own a two-way radio and would like to apply for one.
They can then fill in a form to apply for one. ID No required.

Radio information can then be captured when it is supplied to them.

As a bonus allow a radio admin to log in and update the radio details for that member.

I hope this makes sense.
