I solved this problem by turn off test mode.

First, I turn on paypal ipn function.

But even when I turned that ipn off, I still received account renewal notification emails.

Accounts expires at 12:44.

For example, on 4/27 account will expire at 12:44 on 27th. I want it to expire after turn 28.
