Hi again, I sent you a list of the 3 plugins that are installed of yours, question,,, must these 3 be installed? Can either of them be responsible for this not working? Should I uninstall and re-install all 3? Thanks

I disabled all plugins other than Gravity Forms and Fusion core.
Gravity forms I needed to make the form appear and fusion core otherwise everything is just code.
Log file was still empty.Do you want the logon details to check?
