Hello, I have the same problem, it would be really nice to have a confirmation e -mail for free-memberships too . And the registration form, impossible for the visitor whether the registration is successful. Thank you :-).
Hello, thank you for your time. Upon reflection, it’s ok . I was afraid to mix registered from sales and memberships. But from WooCommerce have a specific role = “Customers” . So it’s ok 🙂

I have read the documentation. My question is : how to leave the choice to the visitor to choose among levels of memberships ? Drop down menu ? Check box ? List of links ?
For, in standard configuration , as soon as you put the shortcode eg ” [ swpm_registration_form level = 3] ” that generates a form.
So if I offer 2 levels in my page , I have 2 forms !! etc …
you see the problem ?
