I mean it can be homepage or Join Us page? Or any other specific page.

Dear Admin,

I did the transaction after enabling Debug on Transaction page. Verify the log file (i.e. log.txt). it’s Empty, nothing there.

Now, what do u mean by Membership Payment Page?

1. Normally a user goes to Join Us page i.e. [http://www.webdevelopmenthelp.net/membership-join]
2. After clicking “Pay Now” button, user redirects to Paypal and make payment.
3. On successful payment user returns back to confirmation page i.e.
[http://www.webdevelopmenthelp.net/payment-successful]

Please check now.

Documentation says: For Paid Membership user will click Payment button on “Join Us” page and make payment(Paypal Site Payment). Once payment is confirmed, an account will be created for the user and email generated to member with special link.

I have following queries:

1. Firstly, How the payment is confirmed?
I mean do I need to perform some task that system will know that successful payment has been done at paypal or plugin will automatically receives notification from paypal?

2. On payment confirmation, How the account is created? and email generated to which email ID?
As we haven’t receive an email ID so far for Paid Membership on Join Us page?

Kindly answer and suggest?

I got solution to above Issue. I am sharing the solution for others.

In order to resolve the above issue, you need to confirm your email through Paypal.
Go to Profile -> Add/Edit Email. Click the confirm button.

You will receive an email on your provided email Id. Just confirm that email and your issue will be resolved.
