    I deactivated and also tried deleting the adon and it still creates a wordpress user when resetting the password. Do you have any other suggestions on how to fix this? or what might be causing it?

    Would the User Ad on plugin at all cause this?

    Awesome thanks! One more question though, is there anyway to translate the custom forms? Could I change the language files?
