I also tried making different pages with those buttons for each membership, but they are not working. Whenever I click on them, they just put me in comment area so that I can comment.

One more thing, now I have changed the location buttons. Now at last I have Silver membership button. Now all buttons are taking me for Silver Membership only.

No all of them are different.

first is for id 20, then 22 and last one is 23.

But still all of them are pointing to single registration, that is the diamond one.
