ParticipantIf you make changes to a subscription button, it ONLY affects the future sign ups. The existing recurring payments will continue at whatever was agreed already (when they signed up).
That’s what I was asking. I don’t want my current subscribers to be affected by the changes on a button and, as you say, they won’t, so I will do edit the button without concerns.
One last thing, when I edit the button, will the code for it change and will I need to replace it on the Join us page or will it remain the same?
Thanks a lot for your help!

ParticipantYeah but I thought just making the changes to the existing button would be a lot easier, if not, what’s the point on having the editing option?
I just wanted to know what were the implications of making changes on an existing payment button when working with recurring payments.

ParticipantSorry if I’m not explaining myself right, english is not my main language.
What I want to do is:
1. Change the currency of payments from mexican pesos to US dollars; and
2. Raise the fee from $27 USD to $30What I want to know is if this changes will affect my current subscribers for me to notify them about this changes.
If they won’t be affected, I’m ok with that, I don’t need them to cancel their current subscription to pay the new fee, I only want new customers to pay for the new fee, but if my current clients will be affected for this change, I would like to let them know.
I hope I was able to explain myself better this time and sorry for the troubles.
Thanks a lot for keep responding 😀

ParticipantThe thing is, I work with paypal subscriptions, so my customers only buy once. That’s why I asked what happen with current subscribers.
From your answer, I can deduce that any change to existing subscription payment buttons will indeed affect the current subscribers, am I right?
Thanks for your answer!
