Sorry not sure you are getting what i am saying.

I new member upload docs when there fill in the online form. We go in to change this image but it does not save to there membership.

So a new member uploads their files when signing up for membership, and it is visible through their membership listing in the admin area, but as soon as we upload a new image e.g., profile photo it does not save to their membership.

Yes it is to do with the upload failing.

I thought it was to do with as you said, just a pain. I will have a chat with my host provider.

Just to add to stripe payment went thought ok but not showing on the log as the same as the top one that worked without an issue.
