Now I’ve got the same issue. A member payed by Paypal, but did not receive the mal with the special link to register. Unfortunately, he does not have a user name, and I cannot fill it in on my own. I activated the IPN button, what else could I do now?

Finally, it’s working again. Just had to deactivate plugin, then reactivate (v2.1.6). Thanks a lot!
