    This issue is resolved.

    The issue was with the address field set in Mailchimp itself.

    Yes I did this.
    But I do not understand the troubleshooting portion.
    The common failures that are listed are not the cause because I have already accounted for those.
    Yesterday API calls were being made but resulted in an error, today there are no API calls being registered.

    Thanks for your response, I just received a response from Paid Support so I will try out their suggestion.
