ParticipantThank you very much that will work for me. The other problem I have is the “Forgot password” when the client enters their email address and hits enter a message appears on top left of the page telling them that an email has been sent to them. The problem is that the message is in black text and my page background is a dark blue which is hard to read I needto change this to white text is this possible?
Kind regards

ParticipantI have tried all the suggestions without success my only answer is to have a “Forgot Password” form to submit to admin, he will register the client who will receive an email with their login details and then they can change their password in “Password Reset”. The problem I have with that is that I cannot edit the “Member Login” page to remove the Forgot Password link. Hope someone can help.

ParticipantI am tearing my hair out can’t get this to work, the page is unprotected. Is there any workaround? If I could I would remove the “Forgot Password” link on the Login page and then create a form for the client to contact the administrator have his password changed or something along those lines. I f any one has a solution I would love to have it.
Kind Regards

ParticipantI have been trying to tell you that I am clicking the “Forgot Password” link in the login page it takes me to the “Password Reset” page which tells me “you are not logged in” and nothing more. When I am logged in I can go to “Password Reset” with no problem which is no use if a member has forgotten his password.
Kind regards
