I second this request. An otherwise excellent plugin is severely limited because we can’t:

1. Display all/some custom fields in the Members Directory list (not the individual page)
2. Include custom fields in the search function, which is currently almost useless

Can I suggest you extend this plugin to include these functionalities? Or else tell us how we might achieve this by customizing it?
