I check my Error log regularly on cPanel. I am starting get errors whenever I change the password for my members:
“WordPress database error Unknown column ‘title’ in ‘field list’ for query UPDATE wp_izwp_swpm_members_tbl SET password = ‘*************.*********.**********’, first_name = ‘***’, last_name = ‘********’, title = ‘mr’ WHERE member_id = ‘****’ made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), require_once(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘wp-config.php’), require_once(‘wp-settings.php’), do_action(‘init’), call_user_func_array, Swpm_Form_Builder->init, Swpm_Form_Builder->process_submitted_form, SwpmFbForm->validate_and_save, SwpmFbForm->save
The odd thing is that I do have you Form Builder loaded, but it is not activated.
Everything seems to be working fine, so it is not having any impact on the running of the plugin.
Cheers,

Sorry, IGNORE THIS POST
I did have the Form Builder add-on activated in error. I’ve not had time to play with this add-on yet, so itis not set up at all at the moment. I forgot to check that it was de-activated.
