ParticipantI would like to lock a particular woocommerce product category from view by public and only registered member can access to it. May I know can simple membership plugin able to do so? I had installed the plugin and tried the category protection setting. I had done it correctly as I can see from beneath of the product page setting, it is showing page protected with checked mark. But unfortunately, when I browse the website that product page which supposed to be blocked from access is still able to be view by public. I had try content protection on others normal page (not woocommerce product page), it is working fine.

ParticipantYes, i had done accordingly. I can see the product setting (Under Edict Product page) is mark Tick for “Yes, Protect this content” and the membership level that can access this content is tick correctly as well.

ModeratorHi, thank you for providing more information.
I want to try and see if I can reproduce this issue in my test site. Can you provide a step by step instructions on how you protected WooCommerce product category with our plugin?
Thank you

ParticipantAppreciate very much for your kind assistant.
Please refer below link for details explanation on how I do it and what I expect it to be done.
I compile it in pdf for ease of your reading with screenshot attached.
[drive.google.com/file/d/1BP5a-0KpSWT8JrFxMYi8RKGHC1Qd7vH0/view?usp=sharing]FYI, I had installed also the SWPM Custom Post Type Protection add on plugin, but unfortunately it is still not working.
I guess might have something wrong with my step.
Waiting for your revert.

ModeratorThank you for providing that information. When you click on Merchandise Items from the menu is this page also protected? If it is and does not protect the content of the page, then the following addon might help you.
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/full-page-protection-addon-simple-membership/
Let me know if it does.
Thank you

ParticipantIt is working now after installing the Full page protection add on plugin.
But, the access protection message only appear after I click in to view selected product detail description.I would like to block access before that. Means, when someone click the merchandise Items category or any sub-category of it from the sidebar, it should immediate show the access protection message. For now, it is still showing all the products list and only block access when I select a product to view the details.
Appreciate for your help again.

KeymasterThose are custom pages dynamically created by the e-commerce plugin. Our plugin’s standard protection wont’ work for those custom listing pages. Our plugin protects the final full page (the page that actually has the full content).
Try the newly added “URL Patterns” feature of the following addon to see if that works. Check the bottom of this documentation page for details on how to use it:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/full-page-protection-addon-simple-membership/For example: you can use it to protect URLs like the following:
yourdomain.com/categories/If that option doesn’t work then you will need to look for a different plugin and see if that works.

ParticipantHi Admin,
I had tried the “URL pattern”, it is not working.
Anyhow, thank you very much for both of your help.
