What are the short codes?

Ok I purchased this plug in but I can not see how to implement the data that users input.
I want to make a page that another party can view and see the users data. (like a profile page for them) but the only shortcode I found is an editable one and its the whole form. What if I just want first and last name or say sex or the profile photo they uploaded.

Thanks. I need this before tomorrow because we are in Toronto and this is for the TIFF registration event on Monday.

Also can we download the database from these forms in a excel spreadsheet.

I needed the same, I used provided instructions, created a new page template and added first name, last name and a membership level.
I could not retrieve the fields from custom form, would be great to know how form builder names custom fields. Thanks
