WordPress Membership Plugin
Simple Membership Plugin › Forums › Simple Membership Plugin › Users can't view protected content
I’m using Simple Membership in combination with Login Redirection and Form Builder.
I’ve gotten everything to work well on the test site, but when a user logs in on the live site they’re not able to access protected content at any level.
Troubleshooting I’ve done
– Turned off the other plugins
– Uninstalled and reinstalled all of the components
– Upgraded all plugins and WordPress to their most recent versions.
I’ve double checked all the settings but nothing seems to be working.
You can test this out on the live site: http://twofourinsight.com/membership-login/

Thanks,

Seems like your PHP session is not working correctly so the login is not staying correctly. Do you have any caching plugin? Please ask your hosting provider to check and make sure the PHP session is working correctly on the server.
Thanks for the feedback. I’ll speak to the host about PHP session issue.
