I recently set this up as a membership tool for accessing educational content. A student logged in and when they went back in later they saw another student’s information in their profile (like it got randomly mixed up)? Any way to fix this?
Also, I have a WP-Optimize plugin that caches and it automatically excludes “/members/*”
Should I remove this exclusion?
We only officially support these caching plugins:
Please study the compatability requirements for the supported caching plugins, and try adjusting your settings accordingly.
But do you think the issue of a user seeing other user’s information is a cache issue? Have you heard of this happening before?
I disabled all caching for now.
Yes, it is a cache issue. We see it “all the time.”
