    I have a member who I added manually. I gave him a username, password, and filled out first name and last name. He shows as active. However, when he goes to log in he gets “User not found”

    What do I need to change or fix so he will be able to log in?

    I think I’m one step closer to understanding this issue.

    Is there a character limit for the user name? I’m noticing the last letter keeps falling off even the though the confirmation email that goes to him shows it.
