User not created after paypal payment

    After making payment on Paypal, new user not created.

    In previous post, Admin mentioned to enable IPN feature in Paypal. I enabled IPN feature on Paypal and point URL to my homepage but still user not created.

    Please suggest which URL to point after enable IPN feature. Should it point to Homepage or some other page?

    Waiting for a favorable response.
