    I wanted to know if it is possible to use the same email address for 2 membership levels, is there a solution? Or does a user have to use 2 email addresses if he wants to switch between two membership levels?

    Each membership must have a unique email address. This is a requirement, not only for SWPM, but for any payment gateways that are used; to pay for subscriptions.

    With that said, there are ways to “fool” both SWPM and the payment gateways into sending emails to the same Gmail inbox.

    • myfamily@gmail.com
    • my.family@gmail.com
    • myfamily+husband@gmail.com
    • myfamily+wife@gmail.com
    • my.family+son@gmail.com
    • my.family+daughter@gmail.com

    All of these refer to the same Gmail inbox, but are accepted as unique email addresses by both SWPM and the payment gateways.
