I sent support ticket a few days ago but haven’t gotten a response yet.
I purchased the Form Builder addon. I’ve created a few forms with it, and it’s generating a HTML link that working, however the Form Builder won’t save my forms! I’t so frustrating because I can’t go back and make changes I have to create a new one, and it’s not allowing me to do that either! It says I can only create one form per membership account.
Also, I have my settings so every account is automatically pending. Once I O.K. the account I activate it. However, no one is receiving a confirmation email that their account is active. HELP!
Hi emilyjaeger can you share with us how much memory has been allocated to your website? I just carried out a few test on my testing platform and I was able to edit a form, add new fields, edit one of the standard field and save without a problem.
Can you also enable debug and check the log file.
Thank you
I don’t know how much memory I have. I could I find out?
I enabled the debug and clicked on the log file but the page was empty?
Oh my word! I just noticed the little check mark box for notifying a member when their account is made active. It’s working ! I don’t know how I missed it! LOL
I am still having issues with my forms not saving, though.
Can you ask your host if they can let you how much memory has been allocated to your account? If you can find out for us that would help a lot.
Another action you can take is as follow, disable all your other plugins except this add-on and Simple Membership plugin and test to see if you can edit the form.
