Upgrading of membership – does it require user to re-register?

Hi Support,

I am offering 2 levels of membership on my site – free and paid premium. If a user registers for a free account, and then decides to upgrade to the paid premium account, do they simply click on the “Buy Premium” account button and it will automatically upgrade their access? and they simply use existing logon account, or will the user need to create a new account for paid premium access.

Hi John, please read the following documentation. Could you carry out a test with a free sample account. This procedure works with paid members I have not tested this procedure with Free membership. Let me know if this works for you.
