Hello,
How does an existing member upgrade their membership when they are ready? I have three levels, and the member may one day want to upgrade their membership, but I don’t see this as a possibility. Is this something that is going to be added? Or is it something that is already there and I’m missing it?

This functionality is already there.
You have all your membership offers on the “Join Us” page. Simply point the member to that page. When a member pays for a new membership access level, his/her account gets upgraded to the new level automatically.
